This is the most comprehensive MTB coaching programme available in Nepal. Over five days, Rocky will work with you systematically through every aspect of mountain biking technique — from body position and braking to cornering, drops, jumps, and technical trail reading.
Sessions are structured around progressive skill-building, with morning theory/skills drills followed by afternoon trail application. By Day 5 you will be riding features that felt impossible on Day 1.

Day 1: Foundations — body position, braking, balance drills
Day 2: Cornering — flat, bermed, off-camber
Day 3: Descending — line choice, speed management, technical terrain
Day 4: Features — drops, rock gardens, rooty trails
Day 5: Trail day — putting it all together on local Pokhara trails
